General Manager

About This Role

Manage the daily operations of a Domino's location, including equipment operation, inventory management, order processing, and staff training, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment within the facility
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare food products according to standards
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis
• Maintain accuracy in basic arithmetic for monetary transactions
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
• Provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Deliver product by car to customer doors, navigating adverse terrain
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as needed
• Lead by example, coach, and train new employees

Requirements

• Ability to operate all equipment
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
