You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations during your shift at a Domino's Pizza store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and controlling costs. This role requires strong leadership to set an example for your team and uphold company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls including inventory and cash during your shift
- Ensure all policy and procedures are followed 100% by you and your crew
- Staff the store and complete associated paperwork
- Manage food preparation and adherence to a schedule
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
- Provide great customer service
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients
- Receive and process telephone orders for delivery
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
