General Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's Pizza store during your shift, including cost control, inventory, customer relations, and staff management to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations during the shift
• Set an example and ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures by the crew
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards for store cleanliness and operation
• Provide great customer service and ensure team attendance and punctuality
• Execute local marketing initiatives and contribute to store profitability
• Operate all store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas
• Prepare pizza products and process telephone orders
• Conduct inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within delivery area
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
