General Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's store shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, while setting a strong example for the crew and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift
• Set an example and ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and procedures from the crew
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling
• Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards, and provide great customer service
• Manage store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and profitability
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare products according to standards
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Deliver product by car to customer's door
• Deliver flyers and door hangers

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
