General Manager

About This Role

Serve as a General Manager responsible for the overall operation of a Domino's location, including managing equipment, inventory, customer orders, and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment related to pizza preparation and store functions
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas
• Prepare food products according to standards
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and maintain facility daily
• Make correct monetary change and handle transactions
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
• Give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Deliver products to customer doors by car, navigating designated delivery areas and adverse terrain
• Deliver flyers and door hangers as needed
• Lead by example, coach, and train new employees
