About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's store during your shift, overseeing operations, customer relations, and team members to ensure policy adherence and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift
  • Set an example and ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures by the crew
  • Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling
  • Maintain perfect image and adherence to operational standards
  • Ensure great customer service, team attendance, and punctuality
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support marketing efforts for profitability

Requirements

  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others
  • Ability to work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people
  • Ability to analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
