About This Role

Manage the daily operations of a Domino's restaurant, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team support. Drive results by controlling costs, managing inventory, and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality
  • Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
  • Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
  • Provide Best in Class Customer Service
  • Increase Sales and Profit Potential

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
  • Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
