About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant location, ensuring successful operations, staff leadership, and adherence to company standards. This role involves full responsibility for cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
• Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures by self and crew
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards for the store
• Provide great customer service and ensure store cleanliness
• Execute local marketing initiatives to drive profitability
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas
• Prepare pizza products and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility on approximately a daily basis

Requirements

• Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations
• Strong understanding of cost controls, inventory, and cash management
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures 100%
• Ability to operate all restaurant equipment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic math skills for monetary change and inventory
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Ability to handle varying work conditions including temperature changes, cramped quarters, and physical demands
