Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant location, ensuring successful operations, staff leadership, and adherence to company standards. This role involves full responsibility for cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
- Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures by self and crew
- Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards for the store
- Provide great customer service and ensure store cleanliness
- Execute local marketing initiatives to drive profitability
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas
- Prepare pizza products and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility on approximately a daily basis
Requirements
- Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of cost controls, inventory, and cash management
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures 100%
- Ability to operate all restaurant equipment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic math skills for monetary change and inventory
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
- Ability to handle varying work conditions including temperature changes, cramped quarters, and physical demands
