This is a full-time, hands-on General Manager role responsible for all store operations, leading a team, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring product quality and store cleanliness for a Domino's location.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team during the shift
- Responsible for all store operations
- Assist walk-in customers
- Operate the cash register
- Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Requirements
- Experience leading a team
- Can-do attitude and motivational skills
- Reliable insured vehicle
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team; fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
