General Manager

About This Role

The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a Domino's store, driving strategic growth and ensuring efficiency and profitability. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, high-quality products, and operational excellence.

• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
• Provide Best in Class Customer Service
• Operate and Troubleshoot Technology

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team members and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Proven ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to set goals and set up plans to achieve them
• Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Qualifications

• High School equivalent education level
• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment. Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
