General Manager

About This Role

Lead and manage all aspects of a Domino's store, from operations and customer relations to staffing and profitability, while upholding company policies and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
• Lead and set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Lead a team to achieve outstanding goals related to sales and customer satisfaction
• Oversee staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, and maintaining image standards
• Ensure store cleanliness, effective marketing efforts, and profitability
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, and work effectively alone and with others under stress
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze data, and make sound, ethical judgments
• Greet customers enthusiastically and handle concerns with a positive attitude
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment
• Prepare product according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines
• Manage inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork
• Process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
• Utilize navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses for deliveries, traversing diverse terrain
• Perform accurate and quick addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for monetary transactions
• Comfortably utilize a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
