About This Role

Domino's is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during their shift. This role involves managing cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer relations for the industry leader in pizza delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
  • Oversee customer relations and ensure great customer service
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, and food management
  • Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect store image based on standards
  • Ensure store cleanliness and support local marketing efforts for profitability

Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of cost controls, inventory, and cash management

Qualifications

  • Some college preferred
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry, progressing into management.

Nice to Have

  • Some college education related to restaurant management
