General Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves comprehensive operational oversight to maintain high standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shift
• Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products
• Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to scheduling
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards for great customer service
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, store cleanliness, and contribute to marketing and profitability
• Deliver product by car to customer's door (for management positions)
• Deliver flyers and door hangers (for management positions)

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery (for management positions)
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses (for management positions)
