Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant, including operational control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Lead and motivate a team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
- Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Staff and train team members
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Manage food preparation and quality
- Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect store image
- Ensure great customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Oversee local store marketing efforts
- Manage store profitability
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare pizza products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
Requirements
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others
- Ability to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards
- Excellent judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
