About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant, including operational control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Lead and motivate a team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
  • Staff and train team members
  • Complete all necessary paperwork
  • Manage food preparation and quality
  • Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect store image
  • Ensure great customer service
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Oversee local store marketing efforts
  • Manage store profitability
  • Operate all store equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare pizza products
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily

Requirements

  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others
  • Ability to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards
  • Excellent judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
