About This Role

Lead and manage the daily operations of a Domino's restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitable sales, and a positive team environment. This role involves full responsibility for shift activities, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and people development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift
  • Lead and motivate a team towards common goals of selling more pizzas and having fun
  • Oversee staffing, paperwork submission, food management, and scheduling
  • Maintain image standards, store cleanliness, and handle local marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Direct team activities, perform repetitive tasks, and work effectively under stress
  • Greet customers enthusiastically, take orders, and address customer concerns
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment
  • Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines
  • Take inventory and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Sound judgment, empathy, people management insight
  • Ability to multitask
