About This Role

Manage all store operations for a Domino's location, driving sales and profitability by controlling costs, maintaining image standards, and ensuring exceptional customer and team member support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food management, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality
  • Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
  • Manage food safety and team member safety procedures
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to patrons
  • Increase sales and profit potential for the store

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
  • Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a management role or similar, and customer service experience
