About This Role

This role is for a detail-oriented General Administrative Staff member responsible for digitizing paper files, ensuring accuracy in digital capture, and managing electronic documents for electronic archival.

Responsibilities

• Remove papers from notebooks and bindings for scanning
• Scan documents and save files in designated network locations
• Verify electronic capture accuracy before disposing of paper documents
• Work with Windows Explorer to manage digital files
• Utilize Teams/SharePoint for collaborative tasks, if applicable

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong administrative support abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Competency in data entry and clerical tasks
• Experience with Outlook for communication and scheduling

Qualifications

• High School diploma required

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Xerox scanners
• Familiarity with SharePoint
