Perform electrical testing for Power Systems Division products, ensuring quality and compliance with safety procedures. This role involves performing high voltage and final tests, troubleshooting, and assisting with various manufacturing tasks while adhering to ITW operating principles.
Responsibilities
- Perform high voltage and final tests for all products
- Order parts as needed
- Troubleshoot issues
- Set up and complete extended end of line tests
- Assemble products as needed
- Comply with all Miller/PSD safety procedures
- Rotate between primary job tasks or assist with job tasks as needed
- Apply ITW operating principles to the manufacturing area
- Train others on job tasks
Requirements
- Completed the FVTC Functional Tester Course
- Ability to operate electrical test equipment
- Self-starter

- Willingness to work flexible shifts during peak production times
- Willingness to work overtime as required (12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays)
- Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull 10-25lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25-45lbs
- Ability to frequently use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools and components
- Ability to perform constant standing and hand manipulation
- Ability to occasionally perform reaching, walking, and neck flection
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day
Qualifications
- Completed the FVTC Functional Tester Course
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred
