Perform final tests for all Power Systems Division products, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. This role involves following written procedures, troubleshooting, and training others, requiring a strong understanding of ITW operating principles.
Responsibilities
- Perform final tests for all Power Systems Division (PSD) products
- Follow written test procedures
- Perform high voltage tests
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to product testing
- Order materials and parts as needed
- Understand and apply ITW operating principles to the manufacturing area
- Train other testers or manufacturing personnel
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to interpret schematics, bill of materials, and layout drawings
- Commitment to teamwork and team goals
- Personal accountability
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electromechanical, Electronics Technology, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred (not required)
Nice to Have
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of engine drive products
- Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams
- Good knowledge of basic electricity
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of welding processes
- Knowledge of small engines
