About This Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, build and scale products across our full stack with a primary focus on our Rewards engine, driving architectural decisions and technical strategy. Take ownership of the tech stack governing major league sports partnerships and co-branded payment programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale products across our full stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js) with a primary focus on our Rewards engine
• Help drive architectural decisions and technical strategy as we continue to scale globally
• Interface with smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks to bridge the gap between DeFi and real-world payments
• Take lead on the code and infrastructure governing our major league sports partnerships and co-branded payment programs

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and Node.js
• Builder Mentality: thrives on building from the ground up
• Ownership Mindset: experience taking a feature from ideation to production in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability: comfort working in a hypergrowth startup where priorities can evolve

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and Node.js

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Fintech (specifically neobanking or card issuing)
• Experience building or interacting with dApps and Web3 infrastructure
