DCCA is seeking a Full Stack Developer to perform Agile development of web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Java, React, and other modern web technologies. This role involves developing code, unit tests, and reusable UI components while collaborating with a team to implement new features and functionality for government agencies and commercial enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Perform Full Stack Agile development of web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Java, React, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, CSS frameworks, JavaScript/Typescript, JSON, SQL, and Postgres.
- Develop code and unit tests using Java, React, and plsql.
- Create UI components using React, supporting multiple browsers, platforms, and assistive technology.
- Develop Java/Spring Boot microservice code supporting Rest endpoints for React front end to interoperate with.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a full stack software engineer building multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using technologies/frameworks such as React, REST, JavaScript ES6, Typescript, JSON, Java EE, Spring, RDBMS, ORM, REST
- 8+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)
- 2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience developing systems with Section 508 compliance
- Experience with SonarQube
- Experience with build tools such as webpack, npm, Storybook
- Experience with code version tools such as GitHub
- Experience with HTTP and design patterns applicable to RESTful web applications
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels
Qualifications
- Computer Science degree or bachelor's degree in a related major
- 8+ years as a full stack software engineer building multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions. 2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies.

- CMS experience
- Experience working in an AWS Environment
- Experience with Apache POI
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Masters Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Expertise in Secure Coding and Secure Development Life Cycle
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
