Join our team as a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract role, leading financial oversight, ensuring accuracy of reports and managing bookkeeping tasks for our client.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports
- Ensure the accuracy of deposits and oversee reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Generate financial statements and provide detailed analyses
- Support special projects related to financial operations
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage transactions
- Monitor and guide the activities of a lower-level bookkeeper
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper accounting
- Maintain organized records of all financial activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements accurately
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
