About This Role

Join our team as a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract role, leading financial oversight, ensuring accuracy of reports and managing bookkeeping tasks for our client.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports
  • Ensure the accuracy of deposits and oversee reconciliations
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
  • Generate financial statements and provide detailed analyses
  • Support special projects related to financial operations
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage transactions
  • Monitor and guide the activities of a lower-level bookkeeper
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper accounting
  • Maintain organized records of all financial activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements accurately
  • Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
