Fulfillment Specialist

About This Role

This Fulfillment Specialist role involves managing inventory solutions and supporting a vending program for customers through local deliveries and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interact with customers while making deliveries
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
• Ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and up to 75lbs
• Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

• Previous customer service or industry related work experience
