Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a Contract to permanent role. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Process payments efficiently using the designated payment application
- Print and organize menus for food and beverage offerings
- Create, print, and display flyers to promote events and activities
- Schedule and manage bookings for the golf simulator
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall member experience
- Provide receptionist support, including phone coverage and handling inquiries
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to address member needs effectively
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage bookings and appointments effectively
- Proficiency in handling payment processing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and basic office equipment
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
