Manage global QSR franchise accounts, balancing local needs with corporate strategy to drive growth and secure marketing investments. Influence partners without direct authority and resolve complex issues to build long-term trust.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within high-value franchise groups
- Employ critical thinking and grit to unblock internal roadblocks and resolve difficult partner objections
- Pitch and secure marketing investments and product adoption by translating complex offerings into value-driven solutions for franchisees
- Partner with Ops Analysts to dive into the data, uncovering the "why" behind trends and delivering meaningful insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and legal to be the voice of the merchant
- Manage recurring business reviews and complex pipelines with precision
- Manage the tiny details of account health while never losing sight of the multi-year partnership vision
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or business development
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to influence stakeholders and measure the impact of business initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel to manage pipelines and analyze performance metrics
- Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and leading high-level presentations
