Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and provide visual insights into financial performance
• Manage cash flow forecasting to optimize financial resources and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of business decisions
• Oversee financial planning processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while utilizing tools like Sage Intacct
• Support leadership with strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial data

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques
• Expertise in preparing financial statements
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage cash forecasting
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial frameworks
