Serve as a Deputy Case Manager for Foreign Military Sales, supporting the PMA-209 Air Combat Electronics International Program. This role involves FMS case execution, sustainment, and support elements, requiring close coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to address customer requests and prepare program briefs.
Responsibilities
- Support the customer's FMS case
- Track, status, and update program action items and risks
- Develop customer-driven milestone charts and actively participate in integrated master schedule development
- Assist with the development of customer solutions to unique requirements
- Assist in the development of technical and financial responses to requests for P&A data, letters of request, and case modifications and amendments
- Work within a multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Team (IPT) and coordinate with program analysts, financial/budgetary managers, engineers, and logisticians to promptly address customer requests and prepare program briefs
- Prepare and brief FMS partners at Program Management Reviews, Program Manager/Principal Deputy Program Manager and other IPTs within the NAVAIR and SSCO enterprise
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or six (6) additional years of work experience (for non-degreed candidates) or an AA and four (4) additional years of experience
- 3-10 years of experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures
