Support warfighters by maintaining and repairing surface preparation tools in Yokosuka, Japan. This role involves corrosion control and tool maintenance, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support customers for openings in Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan
- Maintain surface preparation tools
- Repair surface preparation tools
- Perform consumable selection for surface preparation tools
- Contribute to corrosion control efforts
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Related military experience or trade/industrial school graduate and/or trade experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain work authorization under international agreements (LOI and SOFA status)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the required level
- Ability to comply with all U.S. Government, Department of Defense, and Company overseas employment requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Entry level with related military or trade/industrial school experience, or approximately three years in corrosion control and/or tool maintenance.
Nice to Have
- Approximately three (3) years of experience that is related to corrosion control and/or tool maintenance
- Experience with surface preparation tool maintenance, repair and/or consumable selection
