The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead daily operations across various outlets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This role involves coaching and motivating team members, maintaining service standards, and fostering an upbeat team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise, coach, and motivate hourly team members
• Maintain Omni service standards while fostering a welcoming, upbeat team culture
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new associates
• Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and quality control during shifts
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support inventory, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate closely with managers and culinary leadership to deliver consistent excellence

Requirements

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A guest-first mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-volume, resort environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality leadership experience (supervisory experience preferred)
