Floor Sweep

About This Role

The Floor Sweep at Barcadia Bar & Grill is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean dining and bar area and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Keep dining and bar areas swept and mopped to limit the amount of debris and/or spillage from guest view throughout building
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality
