Floor Sweep

About This Role

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dining and bar areas and assisting with dish clearing to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The position supports overall restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Keep dining and bar areas swept and mopped to limit debris and spillage from guest view throughout building
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality
