Floor Sweep

About This Role

The Floor Sweep at Barcadia Bar & Grill delivers exceptional customer service by supporting the dining team, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining the guest areas. This role focuses on efficiently clearing and cleaning tables while also keeping the dining and bar areas tidy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Keep dining and bar areas swept and mopped to limit the amount to debris and/or spillage from guest view throughout building
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required

Nice to Have

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality
