About This Role

This Float Teller role involves delivering exceptional client services, processing transactions, and building relationships within the financial center. You will educate clients on digital solutions and assist with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, and problem resolution
  • Handle client transactional needs, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments
  • Respond to client servicing requests, applying product and procedural knowledge to resolve issues
  • Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through personalized interactions and outbound calls
  • Educate clients on digital solutions to promote self-service adoption
  • Refer clients to internal business partners for identified financial needs
  • Support financial center operations, including opening/closing, vault management, and balancing
  • Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and hold placement
  • Uphold all risk management, compliance, and security standards
  • Maintain professionalism including appearance, demeanor, and workstation organization
  • Actively manage the lobby by greeting, engaging, and directing client traffic

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations

Nice to Have

  • Previous sales and referral experience
