As a Flex Shopper at Whole Foods Market, you will work on the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams to support and prepare customer orders for delivery and/or pickup, shopping for a wide range of products throughout the store. This role focuses on providing record-setting grocery delivery services and requires a passion for quality products and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill online orders efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
- Use handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders
- Pay attention to product and order accuracy
- Learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations
- Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Sufficient English language proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for at least 6 hours
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent diploma
Nice to Have
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
