About This Role

As an In-Store Shopper, you will support Prime Now customer orders by shopping for goods throughout the store, preparing them for delivery or pickup, and maintaining an organized staging area.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency using a handheld mobile device
• Pay attention to product and order accuracy
• Learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements

• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders
• Ability to read and speak basic English
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 6 hours
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent diploma

Nice to Have

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
