Flex Shopper

About This Role

As a Flex Shopper at Whole Foods Market, you will be a crucial part of the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams, preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup by efficiently shopping throughout the store. This role supports the growing grocery delivery service and requires a passion for quality products and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders accurately and with a sense of urgency
• Learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations
• Keep the staging area organized and free of clutter
• Shop for everyday goods including produce, meat, dairy, household items, prepared foods, specialty cheeses, wine, and beer
• Use handheld technology (mobile) devices to fulfill orders

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Sufficient English language proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 6 hours
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent diploma

Nice to Have

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
