Flex Shopper

About This Role

As a Flex Shopper, you will support customer orders for delivery and/or pickup by efficiently and accurately shopping for groceries throughout the store, ensuring product and order accuracy. This role is crucial for providing record-setting grocery delivery services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Support and prepare customer orders for delivery and/or pickup
• Shop throughout the store for everyday goods efficiently and accurately
• Fulfill online orders with a sense of urgency
• Pay attention to product and order accuracy
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter

Requirements

• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 6 hours
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• At least 18 years old
• Sufficient English language proficiency

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent diploma
• Entry-level position for new Team Members

Nice to Have

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
