Flex Shopper

About This Role

As an In-Store Shopper, you will be part of the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams, responsible for accurately preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup by shopping throughout the store for a wide variety of products. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
• Pay close attention to product and order accuracy
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
• Use handheld technology (mobile device) to fulfill orders
• Learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Sufficient English language proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 6 hours
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent diploma

Nice to Have

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
