System Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes across the western region of America. In this role, you will transport vital goods such as glass, steel, and building materials, contributing to the nation's infrastructure. The position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and regular home time.
Responsibilities
- Transport important goods and materials including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals
- Tarp about 70% of loads (requiring the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice)
- Maintain a safe driving record on the road
- Operate modern trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for comfort and safety
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Background check
- Clean drug test
Qualifications
- 4+ months of driving experience required, preferably 1 year of truck driving experience
Nice to Have
- 1 year of truck driving experience
