Flatbed CDL A Driver, Regional Route

About This Role

This role is for an experienced CDL-A flatbed truck driver to transport materials like glass, steel, and building materials on regional routes in the western United States, providing important goods to customers and contributing to the company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals
• Perform regional route delivery of materials
• Lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation and for approximately 70% of loads
• Maintain a safe driving record on the road

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience required
• A safe driving record on the road
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice

Qualifications

• 4+ months of driving experience required; 1 year of truck driving experience preferred but not necessary

Nice to Have

• 1-year truck driving experience
