Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route

About This Role

Drive a flatbed truck on regional routes, transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, and building materials. This role offers competitive pay and the opportunity for a 34-hour reset most weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials like glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals
• Perform tarping for approximately 70% of loads
• Adhere to safe driving practices and regulations
• Utilize modern trucks equipped with safety technologies

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record on the road
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice

Qualifications

• 4+ months of driving experience required, 1-year truck driving experience preferred but not necessary

Nice to Have

• 1-year truck driving experience
