Flatbed CDL Driver, OTR Route

About This Role

System Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. The role involves transporting various goods and materials, including glass, steel, aluminum, and building materials, while ensuring competitive pay and excellent benefits. This position is for full-time drivers in Division 200, based out of Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals
• Tarp approximately 70% of loads (requires lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice)
• Maintain a safe driving record on the road
• Operate modern trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies
• Utilize the driver portal app for real-time updates and communication

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice

Qualifications

• 4+ months of driving experience required, 1 year preferred

Nice to Have

• 1 year truck driving experience
