Financial Reporting - Sr. Accountant

About This Role

This role will support SEC reporting and technical accounting, playing a pivotal part in preparing external financial statements and disclosures for quarterly and annual filings. Additionally, this individual will assist with ad-hoc financial information requests and Merger & Acquisition accounting projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the external financial reporting process, including preparation of consolidated income statement, balance sheet, statement of equity, and statement of cash flows
• Compile quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis of results
• Support the compilation of and governance around non-GAAP reporting metrics
• Prepare/review monthly close data, journal entries, and account reconciliation for certain technical accounting areas
• Contribute to special projects to identify and implement process improvements for timely and accurate external reporting as well as internal controls for financial reporting and entity-level controls

Requirements

• 2-5 years progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
