About This Role

Build and maintain robust financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and develop deal models for a global organization. This role involves turning complex financial data into clear insights to directly shape capital deployment and deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust financial models, including integrated 3-statement, operating, and 13-week cash flow models
  • Lead valuation analysis initiatives, including discounted cash flows (DCF) with WACC, trading comparables, and precedent transaction methodologies
  • Develop and refine deal models such as LBO, merger (base version), and accretion/dilution analyses for a variety of transaction scenarios
  • Design and implement industry-specific models such as sale-leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV models
  • Structure bespoke transaction models, including RMTs, spins/carve-outs, and IP licensing arrangements
  • Conduct advanced due diligence with a focus on specialized vertical analyses, including unit economics and cohort trends
  • Communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively—in both written and verbal form—to diverse stakeholder groups

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in top-tier U.S. investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or corporate development roles
  • Demonstrated mastery in building comprehensive financial and valuation models across a wide range of transaction types
  • Strong expertise in advanced valuation techniques and deal structuring fundamentals
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific modeling and bespoke transaction analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate remotely with world-class investment teams

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in top-tier U.S. investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, or corporate development roles

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within Fortune 500 companies, high-growth technology environments, or buy-side–adjacent firms
  • Prior exposure to advanced due diligence in unit economics or vertical-specific trend analysis
  • Deep proficiency with leading industry modeling tools and best practices
