Financial Accounting & Reporting Director

About This Role

This Director role provides technical financial support for National Government Services' (NGS) growth initiatives, offering financial leadership and strategic direction to the senior management team for new and renewal business.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and directors to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are successfully met
• Manage NGS finance team's process improvement for ongoing growth activities
• Prepare internal management reports and comprehensive analysis of financial and statistical results
• Coordinate analysis with business partners
• Conduct and document complex financial, business and process related analysis for technical financial support in bids

Requirements

• BA/BS in accounting or finance
• Minimum 8 years progressively more responsible experience in high-level financial analysis
• CPA, CMA, MBA or Master's degree in accounting

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting or finance
• 8+ years progressively more responsible experience in a high-level financial analysis position

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting senior management
• Ability to project manage autonomously
• Ability to analyze administrative expenses in an intricate operating structure
• Experience with government contracting and/or Medicare Administrative Contracts
