Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Proficiency in reinsurance contract analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with reinsurance accounting systems and software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Finance preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Understanding of L&A insurance company financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
• Familiarity with L&A insurance regulatory requirements and compliance, including LDTI
• Experience with reinsurance financial statement preparation
• Understanding of reinsurance cash management and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of reinsurance regulatory requirements and compliance
• Knowledge of management reporting techniques and tools (KPIs, variance analysis, forecasting)
