Partnership Tax Federal/Domestic Manager

About This Role

This role involves providing tax advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, focusing on partnership tax and domestic income tax teams. The manager will lead and coach tax teams, manage client service accounts, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, while minimizing risks of non-compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting schedules for the Firm and partners
• Supervise, develop, and coach teams
• Manage client service accounts and drive assigned client engagement workstreams
• Solve and analyze complex tax problems to develop top-quality deliverables
• Manage ongoing tax audits
• Prioritize multiple tax filing requirements
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations and firm standards
• Utilize technology to enhance tax processes
• Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of tax or PwC experience
