This Finance Intern position at Stanley Black & Decker provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budget management, and compliance within a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. The role involves supporting the Finance team with key analytical tasks and contributing to new product development evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Work with Financial reporting and analysis
- Manage budgets, including FAR approval reporting and monthly tracking against approved FARs
- Utilize margin analytic trending relationship to ROI models/capital spending, pricing, and promotions
- Use ROI models to evaluate new product development projects and product roadmap
- Review processes for compliance with policies
Requirements
- Rising junior with a target graduation date of 2027
- Strong academic credentials
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics and/or Business Administration Degree
