This Finance Administrator role is central to the day-to-day success of the business, directly contributing to operational performance and customer outcomes in a hands-on capacity. The position involves supporting clients, working with colleagues to ensure high standards of delivery and compliance, and continuously improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices
- Handling accounts and payroll administration
- Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
- Carrying out other administrative duties as required
- Taking full advantage of available training and learning opportunities
Requirements
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle payments and sensitive information with care and confidentiality
- Professional and courteous communication skills, including over the phone
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with internal departments
