Field Technician - Water Operations

About This Role

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you will be hands-on in the field, setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems to support fracking and production activities. This role involves working on rotating schedules and requires travel to various job sites, often with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down pumps, piping, and related water transfer systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels and pressures
• Perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
• Travel to job sites as needed, often requiring overnight stays
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work 12-hour shifts as possible

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Prior oil & gas experience
• Prior water transfer experience
